Members of LAKE—Andrew Dorsett, Eli Moore, & Ashley Eriksson—created the sound piece for this animation, Like A Lantern by Lilli Carre!
Ashley Eriksson - Island Song
Come along with me
To a town beside the sea
We can wander through the forest
And do so as we please
Come along with me
To a cliff under a tree
Where we’ll gaze upon the water
As an everlasting dream
All of my affections
I give them all to you
Maybe by next summer
We won’t have changed our tunes
I still want to be
In this town beside the sea
Making up new numbers
And living so merrily
All of my affections
I give them all to you
I’ll be here for you always
And always be for you
Come along with me
To a town beside the sea
We can wander through the forest
And do so as we please
Living so merrily

Good news, Japan: LAKE will be coming to visit you! Details are on the K shows page. Please show Eli & Ashley some love. They’re just so lovable!
A new documentary about R. Stevie Moore.
R. Stevie has collaborated several times with LAKE, most recently he sings back-up vocals on “Roger Miller” from the Giving & Receiving [KLP228] album.
Motorbikes, the project of singer/songwriter Paul Benson, is trying to get enough money to master and press his new record, Notion Free, on vinyl. Paul is playing with LAKE and Mount Eerie these days, and it’d be awesome if you could support his project! Check it out over at his Kickstarter.
